Our commissioned notaries public are dedicated to providing essential services such as verifying signatures through acknowledgments, administering oaths and affirmations for jurats, and certifying true copies of documents. We also witness signatures to ensure their authenticity and handle protests related to bills of exchange. To maintain the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism, our notaries verify the identity of signers using government-issued IDs and keep detailed records of each notarization. Please note that while we can certify documents and witness signatures, we are not authorized to provide legal or immigration advice unless specifically licensed to do so.

Our fees for notary services adhere to the state-mandated guidelines in Texas:

Acknowledgments or Proofs: $10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature
