1. Appointment Booking: Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone or through our online booking system.

2. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $30.

3. Late Arrivals: We strive to accommodate all clients on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session may be cancelled, and the cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, checks, and can assist with other payment options upon request. Please note that we do not accept insurance at this time.

5. Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. Information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential except where required by law.

6. Emergency Situations: Discover You Counseling Services does not provide emergency counseling. If you are in crisis or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room.
